PDF Tutorials and classes to go
There are no refunds offered on Tutorials or classes including PDF. When you order a Class to go the shipping method is oversized letter by Canada Post. There is no tracking or guarantee with this option, however you can opt to pay for expedited parcel for an additional fee at the time of purchase.

damaged product upon receipt or within 90 days
Stampin’ Up! stands behind their products for 90 days from date of purchase. Please make sure you check your product on receipt for any damage. I will facilitate return and replacement. Contact me at stampwithalison@gmail.com
exchanges
If products are not damaged but you’ve changed your mind for any reason after receiving your product you may exchange it for equal value up to 90 days.
Exchange must meet these conditions:
- Exchange must be within 90 days of placing the order
- Must be unused, in same condition as you received it and in original packaging
- Customer pays shipping back to Utah and Stampin’ Up! will pay for shipping of replacement items
- Exchanges must for equal or lesser value than original order, however you may pay the difference if you choose something more expensive and apply the exchange value
How to Facilitate Exchange
You will contact me as your demonstrator (assuming you assigned me as your demonstrator at time of purchase) and I will contact Stampin’ Up! to facilitate your exchange.
